Former Miami Mayor Manny Diaz will receive ECOMB's first Environmental Stewardship Award, and a Special Emerald City Award will be presented to City of Miami Beach Public Works and Parks Departments, former Commissioner Saul Gross and Mrs. Lynn Bernstein.
